A slow-paced style of yoga incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles.
Yin yoga aspires to work deeper into the connective tissues of the body, targeting the ligaments, joints, bones and fascia.
Strengthen your heart and mind and through a series of long held postures which will also help you to regain flexibility and maintain mobility in later life.
Special 90 minute classes with yin flow to mobilise the body and yang flow to stabilise. The aim is to combine these two fundamental qualities in our practice so that we can optimise bodily functioning. but following a gentler pace.
