Breathwork is an active meditation technique that uses the breath to purge the body and nervous system of emotional debris. In this course, learn how to utilise breathwork to help the mind release and connect to the body, changing your breathing pattern to change your mental, emotional and physical state. You will learn a range of breathwork and meditative techniques involving deep breathing, which stimulates the vagus nerve to lower our stress response and inflammation in our bodies. This is a 6 week course. Saturday 13th February 2021 -10am Saturday 20th February 2021 - 10am Saturday 27th February 2021 - 10am Saturday 6th March 2021 - 10am Saturday 13th March 2021 - 10am Saturday 20th March 2021 - 10am The course will be streamed LIVE via Zoom. Sessions will be recorded and sent out to all those who book this course for practising throughout each week of the course.
